We finished the day in downtown Goliad. It reminded me of an old west town. I expected Miss Kitty to come strolling down the street. The courthouse was gorgeous. We ate at "The Hanging Tree". Liz and I weren't very hungry so we just had soup but the guys ate a full meal. Grandmother told us stories about her family which was fun, I wish I had a recorder for you guys to hear. We drove home and pretty much talked a little bit and then went to bed. Tomorrow will be pretty quiet. Grandaddy has to go back into Alice to have another procedure done and Dad and I are staying here this time. It will be nice to just stay here and enjoy the lake a bit.
