Animal Kingdom

We got a bonus day in Orlando. Since Saturday was so cold and rainy and we weren't able to really do much except go to the marathon, we decided to stay an extra day. Brad was the only one that had to be back to work on Tuesday so he called and got the "okay" to extend his leave. It was quite cold at first but warmed up pretty quickly. It was really fun, probably the highlight of this park for me was the safari. We were disappointed that the Mt Everest ride was closed for repairs but we had a great time anyway. After Animal Kingdom we headed back up the interstate for home going half way and the rest of the way on Tuesday. It was an awesome trip and thanks to military discounts and sharing the condo it wasn't a very expensive one either.
